TUITION & ADMISSIONS

California Oaks Academy offers rolling enrollment, which means students can sign up and begin our school any time of the year and are not tied to a traditional academic calendar. At California Oaks we understand that one size doesn't fit all, which is why we offer different options so you can pick which is right for you and your family.

 

Graded Homeschooling: For students using California Oaks Academy as their primary homeschool program. Each student will have their assignments graded, progress tracked, and receive a report card at the conclusion of the 10 month program.

Supplemental: For students seeking additional education and instruction along with other schools they may be attending. Student will receive a certificate of completion at the conclusion of the 10 month program (subject to completion).

Individual Course: For students seeking only one course for supplemental education. The student will receive a certificate of completion at the conclusion of the 10 month program (subject to completion).

Extensions


Once enrolled, each student will have 10 months to complete the program. If a student is unable to complete a course by their designated enrollment end date, an extension may be purchased if the student has completed the qualifying amount of lessons. Each extension is individual and granted by the student's teacher.


Policies and Refunds

 

We aim to provide each family with a superior education which meets the needs of each individual student. In the case where a student needs to withdrawal within the first 30 days of enrollment, your tuition will be refunded, minus a registration fee of $250.00.

The admissions process includes the following steps:

1. Parents will fill out our online admissions form

2. Once enrollment form is received, students in grades 2nd-6th will take placement test for our Stanford University developed Language Arts and Math programs, to better understand each student's needs and educational goals.

3. Once tuition payment and signed enrollment agreement form have been received, a welcome packet along with class materials will be sent out to each family.

4. Students will receive access to our Learning Management System (LMS). Once materials are received, students may begin coursework immediately.
